Unexpected.

It’s time for another invented queme. Quiz + meme. (I change the name of these things everytime I do them…that’s what makes them fun.)

Ten Unexpected Things

This one is different. It’s not ten things you don’t know about me, or ten ways that I’m better than you. This is ten things it would surprise you to know about me. See? Different.

1. I love Suzanne Somers. I think she’s a genius. Not that I’d buy her crap or anything….I just love seeing people defy your expectations and get rich at the same time. Genius.

2. Ditto Donald Trump. Love. Him. Sure, he’s a pompous so-and-so, but he’s bloody brilliant. My theory is that if we had sent Donald Trump over to Iraq to oversee the reconstruction, the war would have been over two years ago. He’s good at getting stuff done.

3. I’m vehemently pro-life and mildly anti-death penalty. I’m not crazy about guns but I don’t think it’s my bidness to prevent others from having them. I’m against raising the minimum wage and 100% for naturalizing the Mexican illlegals. I’m a study in contradictions.

4. I have five siblings ranging in ages 26 - 5.

5. My dad is a stand-up comic. For realz.

6. My Victoria family is bi-racial. All my other families are mono-racial. My secret Canadian family is quad-racial.

7. One of the above statements is a blatant lie.

8. My middle name was Mae. As in ‘Kristi Mae.’ As in “Why did you give me this hillbilly name? Why?!” I dropped ‘Mae’ when I got married. Now it’s ‘Lou.’

9. I once played the lead stupid girl in a play about stupid people. All I remember about the play is that my character was named Sophia and I had to kiss a boy who was a little bit sweaty. And large. And I didn’t wear contacts then so my whole memory of the play is literally a blur. The year before I had tried out for the school play and had been one of like 2 people not cast or included in the crew. I was so blue.

10. I couldn’t think of anything else that would be unexpected. Everything I thought of was typical of me.

Mama? Is that you?

Oh wait.

Wow- we sound like we have some good stuff in common.

I love The Donald. I also love that a lot of people hate him. Just makes me love him more. And the fact that he’s rich and has bad hair just gives hope to millions of people.

If Suzanne Somers is a genius then I would be friggin Stephen Hawking (if not for that moment of weakness when I bought the Thigh Master).

Hmmm. I’m puzzling over what could be fake.

The jig is up. I don’t have a Canadian family. But I do have a bi-racial Texas family. And mono-racial rest of the family.
