I’m curious here… I’ve come to you through the Stache. Can you explain the reasoning behind home schooling? First, I will tell you I’m biased as a public school teacher, but willing to learn and/or understand the reasoning here.

Post number one over at School House Rock! explains everything. The short version is that my son didn’t flourish in the public school system and does better at home. And as a teacher, I prefer teaching my own kids over someone else’s. But the long version is a better read.
