Very ladylike.

So I’m up in the bleachers, watching my girl get her gymnastics on, or rather watching the older girls do their flip flop thingys because that’s way cooler than my girl playing the fool. So I’m watching the big girls do stuff like this:
…when I hear sounds that resemble the laughs and noises produced here:
Every time Juliet is scared or excited, she makes a Pee Wee Hermanesque grunt. Which I can hear from across the gym. In a room full of dozens of girls, some of them teenagers, I can hear my daughter making grotesque but laughable noises. Which causes me to laugh aloud, even though I’m sitting alone on these bleachers and I look like a crazy person. But what can I expect from a girl whose all-time favorite character is this guy:
…which also serves as a decent impression of her doing gymnastics. My kids rock.

Love that last video. He dances just like me.
I just bookmarked the Mr. Bean video for My Boy, who thinks that Mr. Bean is the funniest thing in the world. He’ll pee himself laughing.
I love that she loves Mr. Bean! That’s hysterical. And I have laughed in the bleachers alone, too. Yes. You are a dork, laughing alone. But I still like you!
Oh man, my household has been all about PeeWee these past weeks. My kids watched “PeeWee’s Big Adventure,” and now the quotable lines won’t stop.
Mr. Bean is the GREATEST!
